SHIPPING POLICY
Your order is important to us. We will process your order within 3-5 business days or less. We ship via Fed Ex or UPS with a flat rate of $15. In-store pickup is available at checkout for no fee. Please email us if you have special requests regarding delivery or need us to rush an order.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will honor a full refund deducting original shipping fees if the merchandise is received back within 14 business days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Sale items are NOT eligible for return. To return, please simply ship your item back to the store and include your order number in the package. The original paperwork sent with your order is helpful as well.
