How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Store Hours are 10 - 6 EST. Items ordered after store hours will be processed the next business day. If you are purchasing an embroidered item, please allow 1-2 weeks to fulfill the order. If you have any questions regarding your order please e-mail us at sales@thespottedgoose.com .

How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery orders will be shipped by USPS and vary on your location. We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio and most orders will arrive five to nine business days from the date it was shipped. Please contact us if you need rush delivery on your order. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are based on your total purchase amount, before sales taxes, if in Ohio, and prior to any promotional discounts. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged the standard rate per address.

Items of odd shape, excessive size or weighing over 10 pounds may subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified via email if any additional charges apply to your purchase.

Can I return an item?
At The Spotted Goose Co. we care about making you happy. If you purchase something and find that it is not to your level of satisfaction, please send purchase with reason for the return to:

For exchanges email us at  sales@thespottedgoose.com with your exchange request and we will check to make sure the item is in stock to make the exchange. Please make sure that items are in their original condition (unused and unwashed) and in their original packaging (with all tags attached). Once the original item arrives at our warehouse, we will credit your account in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts and shipping costs). All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

We are sorry but due to the special nature of embroidered items, these cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective from the manufacturer. Please double check the spelling, capitalization and dates of the items being personalized prior to placing an order.
